* IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  Once your card is submitted and approved, you will receive your new personalized Debit Card with a NEW VISA® Debit Card number. You will have approximately 30-days to change any recurring payments you may have established using your current VISA® Debit Card number.  These would be periodic payments to merchants and other service providers; such as utilities, insurance companies, or other expenses you have authorized to be debited from your account by providing your current VISA® Debit Card number to the service provider. After 30-days, if you have not revised these transactions whereby they now use your NEW VISA® Debit Card number, these payments will be returned unpaid.  We suggest you immediately make these changes upon receipt of your new personalized debit card and your NEW VISA® Debit Card number.
